I recently stayed at the beautiful Ruean Thai hotel for a few days during my trip to Thailand. The hotel, built in the traditional Thai style of wood, provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, speaking excellent English and providing valuable information on tours. Free bikes were available for short trips into the new city, and the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, wifi, TV, and mosquito nets. The lovely cute rabbits hopping around the complex added to the ambiance. a wonderful place to stay with a great pool to relax in after a long day exploring.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Thai style. The attention to detail and the value for money were exceptional. The rooms were simple yet comfortable, with traditional Thai decor and beautiful glass windows. The bathroom was nice and the inner garden added a peaceful touch. The breakfast provided was good, giving me a great start to my day. Additionally, the hotel's location on the outskirts of town was perfect for exploring the historical park and taking peaceful walks.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

I do not like this hotel. Bad service from the beginning. Adding the extra bed took more than 30 minutes. Furthermore, no update from them since it was too slow to add the extra bed. At least, if it takes too long time to add it, hotel should inform us, do not let customer feel bad with this kind of service. For breakfast, they should know how to organize the buffet. Just one can take care of all customers at the front of house, there were 2 and cannot do anything perfectly. Food should serve at the buffet faster. Sometimes I feel that it is kind of 2 standards between foreigners and thai customers, they should treat everyone as the same!! Also, wi-fi internet has very poor signal. Either in the room or the dining room for breakfast cannot find the signal.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sukhothai. The rooms were clean and uniquely styled, with doors and windows that gave it a special touch. We even got an upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The hotel had a swimming pool under the open sky, and we loved lounging by it. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They recommended great activities like the Sukhothai bicycle countryside tour and Thai massage, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food and drinks, and we loved the welcoming atmosphere with rabbits in the yard. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was very kind! The owner speaks well english and the free transfers were very much appreciated. The hotel is located in new sukhothai which is great if you want to discover thai lifestyle. Its near the market, schools (so there is many food stalls) and you can walk from the hotel to the market or take the bicycle offered by the hotel. (15 min walk)
No wifi in the room and you have to pay for the internet which is way more expensive than an internet place. (about 1bht/min)

Nice ambience to this boutique hotel, with very helpful friendly staff. Gorgeous old Thai house style, decorated throughout with interesting old objects and a lovely pool. The rooms were compact but had everything you need and the bathrooms were very stylish. Quite a peaceful neighbourhood and I enjoyed hearing the frogs when I was lying in bed at night. Also the restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced and the buffet breakfast, small but adequate. The property is a little out of the centre of town but still within walking distance, but they are only too willing to drop you into town or the bus station if you require it, or they have free bikes available.
The only thing I didn't like was that the beds were very hard.

Our group of friends had a great experience staying in this lovely Thai hotel. Though not very close to the centre of town, the hotel's location was still very convenient as it was situated in the central area for tourist activities. The rooms were spacious, clean and designed in an authentic Thai style. The bathroom facilities were also superb with fresh towels provided every day. The friendly staff provided excellent service and were always eager to help. The restaurant served delicious breakfast, and the bar had lovely courtyard seating.
Wi-Fi was poor, and some guests had to sit around the pool to get access to it, making it quite noisy for those who were staying in nearby rooms.

The whole building was fabulous very Thai not contrived.
It was a little way from any shops and restaurants. There was however a free shuttle.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and the great amenities. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided plenty of information on local attractions and how to get around. The location of this hotel is wonderful. Although a bit outside of town, it is easy to walk or use the free bikes provided. The sun loungers surrounding the pool area were a lovely touch.
The wifi at this hotel could be improved. It was a bit slow and not very reliable.

This hotel in Sukhothai is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the value for money. The traditional Thai style rooms in the inner garden were a charming touch, with the glass windows allowing for beautiful natural light to fill the space. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, adding to our overall comfort.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault anything.

I loved the historical design of the hotel with beautiful wooden carvings and Lanna style furniture. The pool area was lush and relaxing with plenty of seating. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located for walking to interesting spots in the local area, catching a bus to the historical park, or going back to the bus station. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
